Paint Pouring Workshoppe
While beads are definitely my favorite, I love to get my hands into all sorts of creative things, and I’m taking you along on this journey! I discovered paint pouring during the pandemic, and I was hooked (You might notice that when you walk around the shoppe!). It’s a fun way to experiment with color and texture, and a GREAT way to have some messy fun! No… Honestly… wear your crafting clothes… maybe an apron… it’s MESSY! We’ll supply everything but the paint! We provide a tarped table, canvas, paper cups, stir sticks, pouring medium, water - even a little glitter if you’d like! However, I’m going to ask you to bring your own paint, since we don’t actually sell paint. I recommend 2-3 contrasting colors, plus a black, white, or even a metallic accent color. (Honestly, save yourself some money and get it at Walmart. Those fancy fluid acrylics at the craft store are overpriced!) I’m more than happy to show you some color samples! We will talk about different techniques, including swipes, puddle pours, dirty pours, flip cups, using silicone and a torch to create cells, and more… it’s so much fun!
